If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your delivery, please notify us immediately on +64 027 366 0360.  Due to the perishable nature of flowers, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis.  We are unable to accept liability for orders delivered to the incorrect address when the incorrect address has been supplied due to your error. However we will do our best to help you if this error occurs.

Due to seasonal fluctuations and the nature of fresh flowers, there may be some occasions where certain varieties may not be available. We reserve the right to replace them with flowers of a similar colour, value and the best quality.
