The contents of this website are the copyright of Nelson Flower Company. You may access, view and print content off this site provided that it is for your own personal informational, non-commercial purposes.

Nelson Flower Company has made every effort to ensure that the information on this site is current, accurate and complete but does not accept liability for any error or omission. All warranties, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on this website, or in respect of any products or materials referred to on this website, are excluded to the extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses or indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind, suffered or incurred by you in connection with your access to or use of this site or the information in or products accessed through it.

Pricing:

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Privacy:

We will never pass your personal contact information to a third party, unless required by New Zealand law. We may contact you, by email, from time to time to inform you of offers, promotions or information on Nelson Flower Company; if you do not wish to be contacted please contact us directly and we will ensure you are removed from our email contact list.

Special Offers:

From time to time Nelson Flower Company may introduce Special Offers to customers by email, Facebook, Instagram, vouchers, in-store or by other means.  Terms and Conditions relating to these Special Offers will be presented here when applicable.

Gift Vouchers:

Nelson Flower Company Gift Vouchers are valid for use instore or online for items sold directly by Nelson Flower Company (nelsonflowercompany.co.nz).  Nelson Flower Company Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online by entering the voucher's unique code when the order is placed. Vouchers can be used as part or full payment for any items purchased (including delivery charges). We are unable to offer a cash refund for part used vouchers, however, we can provide a further voucher to the value of any unused Gift Voucher credit. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  Vouchers exclude bouquets sold and delivered by florists as sold on Nelson Flowers online marketplace (nelsonflowers.co.nz).
